Stellar Shows is presenting a Dance Festival with Western Swing music from 4 talented bands – and 4 cowgirl vocalists that we call the Honky Tonk Angels sitting in.

Miss Mac, Miss Kitty, Lil’ Sue and Abby Girl are the Honky Tonk Angels.

Sunday Aug. 21, 2-8 pm is the date in Long Beach, Calif. for Big Sandy’s Barndance Boogie

Our host and DJ is Big Sandy.
Carl Sonny Leyland leads his All-Star Western Swing band as our headliners.
The Southwest Biscuit Company brings classic and original music to the Barndance Boogie stage with big band style.
Lil’ Mo and the Lonesome Crows play vintage Western swing from bygone days of yesteryear.
The Dickens cowgirl band performs Opry-style country swing with a passion reminiscent of the Carter Family

Big Sandy’s Barndance Boogie Western Swing Dance Festival takes over a gorgeous art deco venue in Long Beach, At The Top, with a chuckwagon BBQ, private booths, full bar and a huge wood dance floor.

In the post-war years, when the fleet would come in to Long Beach harbor, the bars and clubs would be crowded with servicemen enjoying Western Swing music from Bob Wills, Spade Cooley, Patsy Cline and many more. We are bringing that vintage flavor back for one big day. Join us!
