JP McDermott and Western Bop return to NEWHALL on Sunday, MAY 26th for SWINGIN’ SUNDAYS @ Club 507! JP brings his special brand of music; Rockabilly and Old-School Rock & Roll, with a fresh mix of great songs made famous by Buddy Holly, Carl Perkins, Roy Orbison, and even The Beatles!
JP and his band play all over Orange County, and we’re lucky to have gotten them to play for us again. Swing Dancers love this band — every song danceable! You can use your East Coast Swing skills to dance to the Western Swing Rhythms! You’ll love them. If you know some Balboa skills, you can use them, too.
We know some of you will be attending the Western Swing-Out Weekender, and we know you’ll be having a ton of fun with those Western Swing Bands! If you come home early, feel free to join us. Those not attending . . . here’s your chance to dance to a real live Western Bop / Western Swing Band.
If you don’t swing dance, we can help you with that, as we have plenty of veteran dancers to help. Also, if you come early, we’ll host a special complementary dance lesson from 4:15-4:55 pm — East Coast Swing.
