About the Venue: Pasadena Ballroom Dance Association (PBDA)

The Pasadena Ballroom Dance Association (PBDA) is a large, friendly, non-intimidating, family-run weekly event that has been going on for years. There are plenty of partners of varying skill levels. The people here are novice to intermediate dancers with a few advanced if the band is good. There is a wide variation of ages, from high school to retired folks. Happens nearly every Saturday night. They also have a large number of swing and Lindy classes throughout the week.

For more information on the thirty-year history of PBDA, check out my exclusive interview with Tami Stevens, who founded it with her sister Erin.
