THE PEPPER MOONS kick-off live music at The Moose in 2024!
Focusing on the elegant, pre-bop styles from the glamorous days of the Swing Era, the group is fronted by acclaimed singer/songwriter Eva Mikhailovna and backed by a top-shelf quintet consisting of LA’s finest jazz musicians. Guest artist Kully Stiles will also be featured on lap steel and reeds this Friday night!
DJ LITTLE RED kicks off the evening with her fiery brand of danceable tunes
Plus dance lessons with TIME2SWING start at 7pm
Doors open at 8:30 pm

About the Venue: Burbank Moose Lodge

This fraternal lodge is similar to others in Los Angeles where many Swing dances are held. It’s got a nice wood floor and lots of space to dance.

They have Swing dances most Friday nights. First Fridays feature DJs with special theme for the night, while other Fridays usually feature a popular live band. Dancer turnout is usually good!

They also offer complimentary popcorn and treats and an “open play” pool table (free pool).

Crowd Hard-core intermediate and advanced Swing dancers. The Lodge does have an all-ages policy and they do allow younger people to attend the dances. However, they ask that anyone under the age of 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
